  • Before you go to play, you can enter the address of a golf course to display it on a map and create your course by adding markers directly on the map.
  • Choose from over 24 marker types to customize each hole to your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, Golf Design’s intuitive interface lets you create courses quickly and easily. View the distances between a marker and your position on the golf course directly on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Create your courses live:

  • You don’t know the location of the holes on a course? Carefree ! Create your courses live while you play. In less than 30 seconds per hole, indicate the position of the tee and the position of the flag on the map.
  • Golf Design immediately displays, on your iPhone and Apple Watch, the GPS distances from your position to the flag or marker you placed on the map. No more guessing, just accurate numbers.


Data saved in iCloud:
The Golf Courses, Rounds, and Clubs, created with Golf Design are automatically saved in your iCloud account. If you replace your iPhone and install Golf Design on your new iPhone, the data saved in your iCloud account will be automatically restored to your new iPhone.

Note: All golf courses that are visible on Google Maps in satellite view, can be displayed in Golf Design, by entering the address of the course. You must add the markers using the tools included in Golf Design.


Golf Design – Detailed Features:

Golf course design:

  • Create your golf courses by placing your markers directly on the map with over 24 types of marker.
  • Share your golf courses (by email or AirDrop) with your friends so that they can use them with Golf Design. They can then modify them to adapt them to their needs.
  • For each hole, you can indicate one or more starting tees of different colors or a combination of two colors.
  • The distance of a hole is automatically calculated between the starting tee and the flag in the center of the green.
  • Create courses of 18, 12 or 9 holes
  • Create courses by copying holes from different courses (from the same golf club) to the one you just created.
  • Switch the first 9 holes of a course with the last 9 holes.
  • Copy the contact details of a course to a selected course (from the same golf club).

Statistics:

For each round of golf:

  • Display the score summary of the round.
  • Display the score detail for each hole.
  • Display the score summary for each player.
  • Display the goals summary of the round.
  • Display the measured distance of the clubs for each hole.
  • Modify data entered during the round of golf when required.

For each golf course:

  • Include only the rounds played on the course you have selected.
  • Apply a filter by number of rounds played or by dates.
  • Display the average score of the rounds played.
  • Display the score summary for each hole.

For all rounds of golf:

  • Apply a filter by number of rounds played or by dates
  • Display the average score for all of the rounds played.

For each golf club:

  • Display the target and actual distance measured by GPS for each of your clubs (values: target / minimum / maximum / average) and display the percentage of the average value compared to the target value.

During the round (iPhone used for round scoring):

Screen (1) iPhone (Round Score):

  • Enter your score in a detailed way, with 7 data depending on the ground on which the ball rests (starting tee / fairway / long grass / sand / forest) plus (putt and penalty), or in a condensed way, with only 3 data (shots to reach the green / putt / penalty).
  • Enter the total strokes per hole for each of your golf partners.
  • Display statistics for round, and display statistics for each hole.

  • Display the distances, from your position or from the starting tee, and the base markers (starting tee / flags / marker <->) .
  • Display the distances, from your position or from the starting tee, and a list of markers that you created when designing the course.
  • Adjust the position of the base markers (starting tee / flags / marker <->) according to your GPS location.
  • Measure your actual distances by GPS from each of your clubs.
  • Display the clubs to use on the next shot to reach the selected marker.
  • Display full statistics of your clubs.

Screen (3) iPhone (Maps):

(In play mode)

  • Choose from 3 levels of marker detail to display on the map.
  • Display the distances between your position and a marker you have selected on the map.
  • Display the distances between the Tee and a marker you have selected on the map.
  • Display the club to use on the next shot to reach the selected marker on the map.

(In design mode)

  • Adjust the position of the base markers (starting tee / flags / marker <->) directly on the map.

Screen (4) iPhone (Round Goals):

  • Display your progress according to the goals you have selected for this round.

Screen Apple Watch (GPS Location):

(Uses GPS data from your iPhone)

  • Golf Design automatically synchronizes the displayed hole data according to the hole selected on your iPhone.
  • Display the distances, from your position or from the starting tee, and the base markers (starting tee / flags / marker <->) .
  • Display the distances, from your position or from the starting tee, and a list of markers that you created when designing the course.
  • Display the club to use on the next shot to reach the selected marker.
  • Marker position adjustments made on the iPhone are automatically synchronized in real time to your Apple Watch.

During the round (Apple Watch used for round scoring):
