Logiciels Pro Apps Design Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the information, and help you make informed decisions when using applications developed by Logiciels Pro Apps Design, including the Golf Design application.

Location data:
Golf Design application requests location permission ‘while using the app’ when you are playing a round of golf to provide accurate rangefinder distances. When the option is enabled, the application keeps phone’s GPS sensor active during the round, so location reading is always current and accurate. Whenever you glance at the phone screen to check the distance between your location and a marker on the map, you will see the actual correct distance right away.
Golf Design use Google Maps APIs and this privacy policy incorporates the Google Privacy Policy as amended by Google from time to time. This API is use to display your golf course on google maps with your location and location of many markers.
User name (pseudonym):
You must create a « User Name », in the Golf Design application, to access a database which is accessible only to Golf Design users and which contains a public collection of golf courses created and modified by the set of users. This user name lets all Golf Design users know which courses you have created or modified in this public collection in collaboration with other users. Golf Design uses this user name for analysis and statistical purposes.

Golf Design does not use any others personals information that is linked to your apple identifier.
By using or accessing Golf Design, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Security:
Logiciels Pro Apps Design takes appropriate precautions to protect our users information. However Logiciels Pro Apps Design makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Logiciels Pro Apps Design shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction or similar problem.

Logiciels Pro Apps Design reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this Privacy Policy agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted in the application or on the web site. Your continued use of application developed by Logiciels Pro Apps Design, after Privacy Policy changes are posted, constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and its modifications.
